1. Services Provided:

Brightside Studios LLC offers website design, marketing services, and software licensing to help elevate your online presence and achieve your business goals. Our team of experts will work closely with you to deliver exceptional results.

2. Payment and Pricing:

All pricing for our services will be provided upfront or agreed upon before any work commences. Payments can be made via the preferred method outlined in our agreement or project guidelines.

3. Communication:

We believe in clear communication every step of the way. Our team will keep you updated on the progress of your project and address any questions or concerns promptly.

4. Copyright and Ownership:

Upon completion of the project and full payment, you will own the rights to the design and content created for your website. We may showcase your project in our portfolio with your permission.

5. Revisions and Refunds:

We strive for excellence in all that we do. If you are not satisfied with the final outcome, we will work with you to make revisions until you are happy. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Most projects will receive two rounds of revisions, but if you need more you can purchase additional rounds.

6. Confidentiality:

Your business information is safe with us. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent.

7. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written (email or sms text is okay) notice if necessary. Any outstanding fees or work completed up to that point will be handled according to our agreement or project guidelines.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Huntington, New York, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through amicable discussions between both parties. Both parties agree that court proceedings will be held in Huntington, New York, United States of America.

9. Names and References

Brightside Studios LLC is also know as Brightside, Brightside Marketing and Design, eBiz Select, and is located at ilovebrightside.com or ilovebrightside.studio

10. SMS Marketing

• You can expect to receive automated SMS text messages after opting in. These messages will contain information on how to get in touch or schedule a call with one of our service representatives. 

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at ilovebrightside.studio/contact.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 message per day for the first 1-2 weeks after opting in. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
